THE DYNAMICS ANALYSIS OF MAXILLOFACIAL INFECTIOUS AND INFLAMMATORY DISEASES CAUSATIVE AGENTS PREVALENCE AND THE CHANGES IN THEIR SENSITIVITY TO ANTIBIOTICS

To date, the issue of prevention and treatment infectious inflammatory diseases maxillofacial region is one leading unsolved problems among dental diseases. This pathology has a significant prevalence in Republic Belarus world as whole. The atypical clinical course these observed with increasing frequency. There need for further study etiology pathogenesis region. purpose this was to analyze dynamics pathogens changes their sensitivity antibiotics 2001 2015-2020. results bacteriological 1209 patients odontogenic undergoing inpatient at department Vitebsk Regional Clinical Hospital were analyzed. It been found that over last 19 years, shift towards an increase number methicillin-resistant isolates revealed, which may indicate decline effectiveness beta-lactam starting empirical antibiotic therapy. S.aureus S.epidermidis cephalosporins, fluoroquinolones, lincosamides tends decrease, staphylococci vancomycin linezolid remains unchanged studied period. Streptococci have demonstrated penicillins up 100%, indicates rare use antibacterial drugs hospitals. When comparing resistance Streptococcus spp. tendency decreased cephalosporins third generation revealed.
